Ben is playing for his school rugby team. I’ve not had a chance to see him play yet. He played in the local schools 7s tournament last week. His team came 3rd. They lost by two points in the semi finals to the team who won overall. Their semi was a lot closer than the final. He is doing rugby as part of his sports academy at school.
Ben is also enjoying music. I think he enjoys drumming. He played xylophone last year in the orchestra. They are visiting Wellington orchestra today and seeing a performance of The Ring, which is the music from the Peter Jackson ‘Lord of the Rings’ films. I hope he enjoys it.
Update They didn’t go the the orchestra. Not enough people bought tickets. 🙁
