Ben plays for the school rugby team. They are undefeated too. I’ve seen two games so far. Last week they played a good team. In the first half they were down 17 – 0! The second half they decided to wake up and actually play. They drew 17 -17. The finally conversion was disallowed a few seconds before the final whistle.
This weeks game was much better. They were playing the local private school and won 24 – 10 or something. There was some great play from the pack and some great ball played out to the backs with very good passing.
It’s been nice to be able to go to the games and watch. They play mid week.
Ben is playing lock (second row) and seems to be doing well. A little lower in the scrum would be good 🙂 His tackles are strong and he has a good run. He had been playing centre during training, but the lad they have as centre now is very fast and strong. The centre, Pride, had 2 of the tries in the game.
